Training Schedule

There will be two mid-week runs; somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 and 4 miles on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Our long run schedule looks like this:


Sunday, June 5: 3 miles (ended up doing 7)

Saturday, June 11: 7.5 miles

Saturday, June 18: 3 miles  (ended up doing 5)

Saturday, June 25: 9 miles

Sunday, July 3: 4 miles

Saturday, July 9: 10.5 miles

Saturday, July 16: 4 miles

Saturday, July 23: 12 miles

Saturday, July 30: 4 miles

Saturday, August 6: 14 miles

Saturday, August 13: 5 miles

Saturday, August 20: 17 miles

Saturday, August 27: 5 miles

Saturday, September 3: 6 miles

Saturday, Spetember 10: 20 miles

Saturday, September 17: 6 miles

Saturday, October 1: 23 miles
